Please note that no returns will be accepted without Prior authorization or RMA Number! Best Baby Outfits takes great pride in selecting quality children’s clothing made with great care and style. As parents it’s the same style and quality of clothing we would purchase for our own children. We value our customers and truly hope you and your child enjoy the look, feel and quality of the products made available on our site.
Our terms are simple if you are not happy with your purchase, contact us within five days of arrival at “ sales@BestBabyOutfits.com ” and provide us with the following:
1. The order number.
2. Dress size and quantity.
3. State reason why you would like to return items(s) and action you would like us to consider.
We will review your request and provide you with a response. If you need a replacement due to size, we will gladly replace your item with another similar. If the customer requests a refund, all original tags must accompany the item(s) and must be in new condition, with no wear, tear or stains. 15% restocking fee will be accessed on all refunds, shipping is not refundable!
No refund on seasonal items.
Christening gowns and special occasion dresses will receive a store credit only!
** We are not responsible for lost or stolen return items; make sure its insured and has a tracking number.
All orders will be shipped within 24 hours of payment, Monday through Friday, via USPS priority mail 2~3 day service. Overnight weekday services are available at additional cost.
** Overnight weekday services, must be paid by noon Eastern US time zone, M ~ Thursday, in order to be processed and shipped the same day.
